FINCA MARCHANTE comprises 3 houses: Villa Andrés, Casa Ana and Casa Andrea. Click here for prices and more information about CASA ANA and CASA ANDREA. VILLA ANDRÉS: sleeps 5 persons . Available all year, also long term. . Minimum booking is two weeks in July and August Prices may change prior to confirmation of booking.

The villa (140m²) consists of :
. living room with a fireplace and bar,
. TV with spanish canals;
. bedroom with double bed;
. bedrooms with 2 beds;
. bedrooms with 1 bed;
. 2 bathrooms;
. fully equipped kitchen: dish washer, microwave, fridge/freezer, 4 cooking rings;
. washing-machine;
. bbq with covered dining-area;
. swing for children;
. large privat patio;
. large privat garden.

N B:
The 2 dogs from the owners are trained for guarding. This means they might be barking when people enters the property.

Villa Andés is ideally located and within easy reach of the many large sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz as well as the Natural Parks la Breña de Barbate, la Sierra de los Alcornocales and the Bahía de Cádiz and also for day trips to Cádiz, Jerez, Sevilla or to Tangiers on the Moroccan coast and you will find the large, sandy beaches within 20 minutes drive; for a game of golf the beautiful Montenmedio is within 10 minutes drive.
